We are always looking for passionate individuals to help in various departments. Below are some of our currently open volunteer positions.
Prayer & Intercession Team
Join a dedicated team of intercessors who pray for the church, the community and the nations. This is frontline spiritual work that underpins everything we do at The Citadel.
Requirements:
- Active and consistent prayer life
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Baptised member of the church
Worship Team Singer / Musician
Join our vibrant worship team and use your musical gifts to lead the congregation into God's presence each Sunday. We welcome singers, guitarists, drummers, keyboard players and more.
Requirements:
- Must be a committed member of RCCG The Citadel
- Have a personal worship lifestyle
- Audition required
Children's Sunday School Teacher
Help shape the next generation by teaching children aged 4–12 the Word of God in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate way. Training and resources are provided.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check required
- A love for children and patience
- Willing to attend teacher training
Hospitality & Ushering Team
Be the first face people see when they walk through our doors. Our hospitality team creates a warm, welcoming environment for members and first-time visitors alike.
Requirements:
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Punctuality and reliability
- Commitment to serve regularly
